This person must have a strong work ethic and desire to work outdoors. They must be able to communicate with clients and have strong communication skills.

We are looking for a dynamic, talented, and experienced irrigation installation specialist. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years of of irrigation installation and maintenance experience. They should also be familiar with many different types of irrigation systems. This person must be familiar with commercial mowing equipment, correct pruning practices, and have plant knowledge. Harder & Warner Garden Center is seeking an energetic addition to our customer service team. This hardworking team player will strive to engage each customer and provide the ‘Harder & Warner Experience’. This motivated individual will help customers find what they are looking for and help us run one the premier retail Garden Centers in West Michigan. Job duties include sales and customer care as well as tasks such as pruning, trimming, operating a skid loader, and helping any one who needs it.  A love of the outdoors and a zest for life required. Local Truck Driver & Equipment Operator

We are looking for a hard working, responsible individual to drive trucks to deliver items to jobs sites or clients. This is a local position so no long distance driving and the driver will be home every night. Must have a Commercial Driver’s License - Class A as well as experience with multiple types of equipment such as a bull dozer, skid loader, etc. This person is responsible for loading and unloading trucks and driving local deliveries such as mulch, trees, and shrubs to job sites. Must be a team player and willing to help out.
