We are hiring a dependable, self-motivated team member to help with day-to-day operations at our tree farm. This position focuses on hands-on plant care and keeping farm production moving forward. You will receive daily or weekly tasks from the farm manager and will be expected to take ownership of your work, track your progress, and communicate completion. Key Responsibilities Customer Service •Utilize the "Six Steps to the Perfect Purchase" with each customer that you will learn during training.  Greet every customer warmly and provide a friendly, upscale checkout experience. • Answer basic questions about products, pricing, promotions, and store services. • Direct customers to appropriate staff members for detailed horticultural advice. • Assist customers with carry-out, loading vehicles, and finding items to purchase both indoors and outdoors. Point-of-Sale Operations • Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders using the POS system. • Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and digital payments responsibly. • Maintain an organized and efficient checkout area that reflects the garden center's high- end presentation standards. Diesel Technician Mechanic Job Duties: Obtain and keep current a Class A Commercial Drivers License Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts. Keep equipment available for use by completing regular, preventive maintenance schedules; installing component and part upgrades; controlling corrosion; completing winterization procedures.
