What can I expect when I request a quote for a project?
Your information will be passed on to our design department and you will get matched with a designer that is the best fit for your project. Within 48 hours, you will be getting a phone call from one of our design assistants to set up your initial consultation so the designer can get a good feel of your project and budget before putting a quote together. This can happen at our Landscape Design Office or at the client's home depending on the scope of the project. After the initial consultation, your designer will prepare your quote and within a week to a week and half, you will get a call from your designer to set up your second appointment to review your quote and project details. If you decide to go ahead with the project, your designer will get it in to scheduling and keep you updated from then on.
